Cheryl received her Bachelor of School Work from the University of Victoria and is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Cheryl is part of the Crescent Heights team and works in our location on Fridays. 

Our social worker can assist individuals in navigating complex systems, connecting individuals to appropriate resources, assisting individuals with the completion of forms or applications (i.e. financial resources, housing resources, food resources, medical aids and equipment). 

Engaging in supportive counselling with our social worker can assist an individual in coping with life changes and can help to facilitate adaptability, acceptance and promote overall wellbeing. (job loss, relationship issues, retirement, chronic illness, grief, stress/anxiety).
